How is this different from a marketing audit?

Marketing audits focus on performance campaigns. InsightJoy focuses on brand strength your identity, clarity, cohesion, and perception. It’s less about short-term ROI and more about long-term brand credibility and visibility.

Is this a one-time report or monthly?

All plans are recurring, we believe in tracking your brand like you would track sales or product metrics. That way, you can actually measure improvement over time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, both plans are monthly with no contract.

That’s okay. Every score comes with context and commentary, and we’re open to feedback. InsightJoy is here to open up discussion and direction not to pass judgement.

Badges are earned when your brand scores highly in a group or overall category. You’ll receive digital files to use in your marketing, plus guidance on how to share them.

Do you offer annual pricing?
